RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Custom Print-on-Demand Products

All products at Dyzorder are made to order specifically for you after purchase to reduce waste and overproduction. Because of the custom nature of our print-on-demand items, we have the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only for:

  • Defective products (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
  • Damaged items received during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please review size charts before ordering)
  • Color variations between screen display and actual product

How to Request a Return

Contact us at dyzorder@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • Description of the issue

Return Shipping

  • Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Customer error (wrong size, etc.): Customer pays return shipping

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your location and financial institution
