Processing & Production Time
All Dyzorder products are custom-made to order to reduce waste and overproduction. Your order goes through the following stages:
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Available shipping destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

International Orders
Important: International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be returned or abandoned, and we cannot issue a refund for refused shipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

Once an order enters production, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
